Store Manager – Responsible for the over-all operation of a single store, including merchandising, operations, hiring, training and compliance in all areas. Reports directly to the district manager.

Co-Manager – Shares the responsibility of operating a single store with the Store manager. Is second to the store manager, but is held accountable at the same level. Reports directly to the store manager.

Senior Assistant – Assists the Store Manager in the over-all operation. Receives direction from the Store Manager on a regular basis.

2nd Assistant – The Junior member of management. Reports directly to the store manager.

Trainee – In training to become a member of management. Is exposed to all areas of operating a retail store. This position is designed to develop the individual into assuming management responsibilities through a progressive training program. Does not carry store keys.

Necessary Requirements & Abilities
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
• Must have reliable transportation to facilitate deposit drops.
• Must be able to work all hours the store is in operation and work the management schedule. Must be flexible to cover any shift as needed.
• Must have a working phone.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs., carry merchandise, push and pull fixtures & racks, bend, climb ladder, stand or walk during all working hours.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to train and develop all store employees
